Delaware is run through the state lottery so it doesn't have brand-name casinos, and Connecticut has only DraftKings and FanDuel. iGaming, as it's called, is legal in six states (Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia), and is coming to Rhode Island in 2024. states consider updating laws to allow (and regulate) them within their borders.
